Responsibilities

• ▹Partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demos and PoCs across Cloudflare's portfolio (Security, Networking, Developer Platforms)
• ▹Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining deep relationships with key stakeholders from onboarding through maturity, renewal and expansion
• ▹Own the long-term technical relationship across the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment between the customer's evolving business goals and the product roadmap
• ▹Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and/or account growth; be commercially accountable for platform adoption, revenue retention, and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
• ▹Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), translating platform capabilities into ROI for C-level executives
• ▹Act as an AI-augmented engineer, leveraging AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks, reclaiming time for strategic advisory

Requirements

• ▹Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering or Forward Deployed Engineer (years required vary by level: Associate, Senior, Staff, Principal)
• ▹Experience working with the hyperscaler ecosystem or cybersecurity vendors
• ▹Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure and enterprise architecture
• ▹Commercial mindset with a proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment, understanding SaaS metrics, business value translation and enterprise sales cycles
• ▹Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Due to the nature of the government projects supported by this role, applicants must hold Singaporean citizenship

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience building, deploying or architecting solutions on Cloudflare's developer platform and AI ecosystem (Workers AI, AI Gateway)
• ▹Applied AI knowledge: prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• ▹Coding/scripting proficiency in Python, JavaScript or similar to write integration scripts, API connectors and edge computing functions
• ▹Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP/Palo Alto/ISC2/ISACA or other cybersecurity vendor certifications
