The Role Black Semiconductor is looking for a motivated and hands-on Etch Equipment Engineer (f/m/d) to join our semiconductor fab team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to develop technical expertise while supporting the installation, qualification, maintenance, and continuous improvement of dry etch manufacturing equipment within our state-of-the-art semiconductor facility. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and performance while gaining exposure to advanced semiconductor manufacturing technologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret equipment and process data using data-driven methodologies. Experience with SPC or other analytical tools is an advantage. Ability to troubleshoot technical problems, exercise sound judgment, and recognize when to seek guidance from more experienced team members.
