German Speaking IT Security Manager (Corporate Security) (REF5317T)

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive and enforce group-wide security governance standards
• ▹Manage the Security Business Partner Program to achieve strategic security objectives
• ▹Support business units with processes, procedures and tools that enhance security maturity, including expert consulting
• ▹Oversee the implementation and documentation of security requirements through KPIs, reporting, audits and certifications throughout the value chain
• ▹Implement and manage ISMS reference methodologies and procedures in line with Group guidelines
• ▹Support the maintenance, continuous improvement and operational execution of ISMS requirements across the Telekom Group (e.g. supplier management)
• ▹Define requirements for tools used in security and privacy processes and coordinate their technical implementation
• ▹Prepare, support and conduct internal and external security audits (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, TISAX)
• ▹Ensure ISO 27001 matrix certification for national and international business units and relevant Deutsche Telekom Group entities
• ▹Identify and validate security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead related projects
• ▹Plan and implement security measures to monitor, detect and prevent cyberattacks
• ▹Collaborate closely with operational Security Managers to ensure consistent security execution

Requirements

• ▹University degree with a security or IT focus
• ▹High-proficiency (C-level) German language skills
• ▹Several years of practical experience in Information Security
• ▹Solid understanding of relevant security and risk management standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, TISAX)
• ▹Interest in organizational, administrative and governance-related tasks
• ▹Experience in internal or external audits (as lead auditor or co-auditor)
• ▹Confident use of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint

Nice to have

• ▹Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, CCNA Security
• ▹Practical knowledge of risk management and handling security risks at management level
• ▹AI / automation / data analysis proficiency
