Responsibilities

• ▹Take on big operational challenges in the hyperscale cloud backend - owning everything from hands-on change implementation to deep problem investigation and proactive fixes
• ▹Work directly at the console and get up close with the hardware and tech that power the platform
• ▹Join project rollouts and help launch new features that evolve the cloud
• ▹Automate wherever possible with modern frameworks
• ▹Work in a high-trust expert team that shares openly and solves big problems together

Requirements

• ▹Min 2 years of professional experience in IT and securing Linux OS with a focus on modern cloud technologies
• ▹Solid knowledge of software defined networks, routing, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Anti-DDoS, WAF and physical networks
• ▹Reliable knowledge in infrastructure automation
• ▹Experience in Linux and network related services and IT security
• ▹High level of customer focus
• ▹Knowledge of agile development processes
• ▹Ability to assess technical solutions and come up with creative approaches
• ▹Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• ▹OpenStack and programming experience in open source projects is a plus
