Responsibilities

• ▹Gather and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
• ▹Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and semantic data models
• ▹Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across reporting solutions
• ▹Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders within the "data squad"
• ▹Present insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• ▹Experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a data-driven environment
• ▹Strong skills in dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
• ▹Good knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and semantic layers
• ▹Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• ▹Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Experience working with cross-functional and virtual teams
• ▹Confident German and English skills (B2-C1)

Nice to have

• ▹Energy industry experience
• ▹(Advanced) knowledge of Python
• ▹Knowledge of data science methods
