Senior Software Engineer - Fraud Handling

Responsibilities

• ▹Create an automated, efficient fraud investigation experience that minimizes friction for customers and agents
• ▹Optimize agent workflows and queue structures to improve resolution speed and efficiency
• ▹Foster close partnership with fraud investigators to develop product solutions
• ▹Implement AI-driven investigations to improve accuracy and reduce costs

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience with Java/JVM-based projects, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar technologies

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Python (or willingness to learn)
• ▹Experience working with large language models in production
• ▹Understanding of machine learning concepts
