Join Morgan Stanley’s Finance Division and help shape how financial data is transformed into actionable business insights. As a Finance Data Visualization & Reporting Lead, you will combine your Finance expertise with advanced Power BI capabilities to develop impactful dashboards, management reports, and executive-level visualizations that support strategic decision-making across the Firm.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about data storytelling, financial analytics, and visualization and want to play a leading role in driving Finance transformation through data and technology.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and executive visualizations for Finance stakeholders

  • Transform complex financial, risk, and governance data into clear, actionable insights for senior management

  • Partner with Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to define reporting requirements and deliver meaningful business intelligence solutions

  • Drive reporting standardization, automation, and visualization best practices across Finance

  • Develop KPI frameworks, management reports, and interactive dashboards that improve transparency and decision-making

  • Champion data quality, reporting governance, and user adoption of reporting tools

  • Support strategic Finance initiatives through data analysis, reporting enhancements, and process automation

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics

  • Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard design, data modelling, and data visualization best practices

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, management information, and performance metrics

  • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business narratives and executive-level insights

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience with SQL, Power Query, Power Platform, or other analytics tools is an advantage

  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
