Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Take task ownership in quality, responsible for estimates, execution and closure
• ▹Participate in design and requirements reviews for testability and usability
• ▹Design and develop manual and automated test cases
• ▹Plan, implement and execute testing across DB, integration, functional and UI/UX areas
• ▹Analyse test results and recommend process changes
• ▹Ensure testing activities follow company standards
• ▹Work in compact, autonomous teams with short release cycles

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience in software QA, including test automation
• ▹Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• ▹Good programming skills in at least one language (Python, TypeScript, Java, etc.)
• ▹Advanced RDBMS knowledge
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Very good command of English

Nice to have

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or related field
• ▹Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI or similar)
• ▹Experience testing microservices and distributed systems
• ▹Experience testing mobile applications
• ▹Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
