Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Run Langfuse Cloud production environments on AWS ECS Fargate and ClickHouse Cloud
• ▹Manage deployments, autoscaling, capacity planning, and cost optimization
• ▹Own the Datadog observability setup end to end — dashboards, alerts, and SLOs
• ▹Own and evolve the self-hosted setup: Helm chart, Docker Compose configuration, and deployment documentation
• ▹Build CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated scaling, and zero-downtime deployments
• ▹Plan the infrastructure ahead of fast growth (e.g. agent observability, real-time evaluation)
• ▹Harden security and compliance across cloud and self-hosted deployments

Requirements

• ▹Strong infrastructure or SRE background running systems at scale
• ▹Experience operating production workloads on AWS (ECS/Fargate, networking, IAM, S3, etc.) or a comparable hyperscale vendor
• ▹Comfortable with container orchestration — Kubernetes and/or ECS, Helm, Docker
• ▹Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar)
• ▹Strong monitoring and observability instincts, with a track record of dashboards and alerts that actually caught problems
• ▹CS or quantitative degree preferred

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with ClickHouse Cloud or other managed analytical databases
• ▹Background operating high-throughput event processing or observability infrastructure
• ▹Contributions to open source infrastructure tooling (Helm charts, Terraform modules, etc.)
• ▹Former founder experience
