Responsibilities

• ▹Own the full device lifecycle of every Headway endpoint (procurement, provisioning, retirement) across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS
• ▹Build the foundation for device trust and BYOD programs in a HIPAA-regulated environment
• ▹Connect endpoint management with identity by automating onboarding/offboarding end-to-end
• ▹Replace manual toil with automation using AI, scripting, and iPaaS tools
• ▹Develop a clear point of view on choice programs, standard equipment, and refresh cadence
• ▹Be the go-to SME for endpoint/device questions, with a light, predictable on-call rotation

Requirements

• ▹3+ years as a Client Platform/Endpoint/IT Systems Engineer managing macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS fleets at scale
• ▹Fluency in JAMF Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Google Chrome Enterprise Management
• ▹Solid IAM knowledge: building and maintaining workflows, configuring groups and policies
• ▹Scripting and automation experience (Bash, Python, or an iPaaS tool like Tray.io, Tines)
• ▹AI-forward mindset for endpoint operations
• ▹Stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership experience (e.g., OS patches, large-scale software deployments)
• ▹Experience building BYOD programs and endpoint security/compliance controls in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)
• ▹Strong project management skills, organized and data-driven reporting
• ▹Team player with no ego, open to feedback

Nice to have

• ▹ChromeOS experience (a plus)
