As Headway's first dedicated AI Platform product manager, you will build the internal AI platform that makes every Headwegian AI-native, growing Eddy — Headway's in-house AI assistant — into a full ecosystem of agents, skills, evals and data integrations.
Responsibilities
- ▹Set and build the AI platform vision, from platform and data architecture to the connected ecosystem of agents, skills, and integrations
- ▹Own Eddy's roadmap, replacing real-time feature triage with a first-principles product strategy
- ▹Build the user research pipeline, eval infrastructure, and prioritization framework
- ▹Enable adoption across functions by partnering with CX, Ops, Sales, Finance, and Clinical to identify and ship high-value AI workflows
Requirements
- ▹8+ years of product experience, with at least 2 years shipping AI or AI-adjacent products
- ▹Personally built or configured AI agents, skills, or workflows — not just managed the engineers who did
- ▹Strong AI fluency: prompt engineering, context management, RAG, tool use, evals
- ▹A platform thinker who can build for other builders, not only end users
- ▹A cross-functional operator who translates AI capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders
- ▹Ruthlessly prioritized, able to hold a product, platform, and adoption strategy at once
