Physical Security Systems Engineer - APAC

Responsibilities

• ▹Own day-to-day technical support and administration for physical security systems across APAC, including access control and video management
• ▹Support new office buildouts by reviewing designs, coordinating vendors, and validating system readiness
• ▹Troubleshoot complex issues across Genetec, Windows OS/Servers, databases, networking, and field hardware
• ▹Partner with IT/NetEng on connectivity, firewall, VLAN, switch configuration, and device connectivity dependencies
• ▹Support integrations between physical security systems and adjacent enterprise systems (identity, access management, monitoring)
• ▹Create and maintain drawings, site documentation, operating procedures, and training materials
• ▹Reduce operational toil by improving standards, documentation, monitoring, and repeatable support practices

Requirements

• ▹Deep subject matter expertise in Windows OS/Servers, networking and switching, and systems integration support
• ▹Ability to diagnose issues across the full stack, from endpoint devices and network infrastructure through servers, databases, and security platforms
• ▹Experience operating and troubleshooting Genetec or similar physical security platforms
• ▹Strong documentation and training material creation skills
