IT Support Singapore, APAC Regional Lead

Backend Developer • Remote • Full-time • 📍 Singapore

As the APAC Regional IT Support Lead based in Singapore, you'll be the senior onsite IT owner for the Singapore office while coordinating IT support, operations, and process improvement across the wider APAC region.

Stack

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior-most onsite point of contact in Singapore for hardware, software, network, and collaboration troubleshooting
  • Lead APAC regional IT support, improving coordination and consistency across offices and time zones
  • Own employee lifecycle operations (onboarding/offboarding): device preparation, account readiness, access coordination, day-one support
  • Drive AV and event readiness for conference rooms, executive meetings, and events
  • Manage vendors and equipment: procurement, repairs, maintenance, inventory tracking
  • Partner with Workplace Services and Security on office build and workplace technology readiness
  • Improve support systems and processes: documentation, repeatable workflows, lightweight automation
  • Provide executive and white-glove support for critical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in macOS and working knowledge of Windows
  • Experience with identity and device management tools such as Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian)
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting AV/collaboration systems (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Crestron)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience coordinating support across multiple offices, stakeholder groups, or time zones
  • Track record improving support operations through documentation, workflow design, automation, or scripting

Nice to have

  • Experience managing vendors, inventory, and procurement
  • Cross-functional project management experience, moving initiatives forward through influence
  • Experience mentoring more junior teammates
