Software Engineer, Security Observability

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop scalable software systems that facilitate security observability across the infrastructure
• ▹Build and maintain data pipelines that centralize and store security-relevant data from diverse sources
• ▹Proactively improve the resilience and reliability of data systems to ensure high platform availability
• ▹Collaborate closely with Detection & Response (D&R) and other security teams to reduce company risk
• ▹Contribute to data engineering supporting forensic investigations and compliance efforts

Requirements

• ▹Strong software engineering experience, proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages
• ▹Background in infrastructure as code, with tools like Terraform and cloud platforms such as Azure
• ▹Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for security-related use cases
• ▹Generalist engineering mindset, flexible across domains such as databases, SRE, or security
• ▹Ability to collaborate effectively with security and engineering teams to understand evolving data needs
