Product Manager - Sales AI

Responsibilities

• ▹Reinvent the sales workflow: move from siloed AI tools to an AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment
• ▹Build and sequence the product roadmap, prioritizing the highest-impact automation
• ▹Get hands-on: write prompts, wire connectors, and evaluate outputs
• ▹Empower better, faster offers by connecting existing knowledge on offers, content and market signals
• ▹Partner with adjacent AI-agent teams to keep the overall experience coherent
• ▹Drive outcomes: minimize low-value work while increasing offer relevance and win rate

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in product management (or equivalent ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
• ▹Genuine excitement for AI, ideally with experience building AI products
• ▹A builder mindset, comfortable working close to connectors, prompts, skills and evaluation
• ▹Appetite for the sales and insurance business
• ▹Strong product execution: measurable goals, prioritization, iterative shipping
• ▹Ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds
• ▹Experience influencing without full authority on ambitious bets
• ▹Strong written communication, fluent French and English
