Affiliate Business Developer - Fixed-Term Contract

Responsibilities

• ▹Foster, grow, and optimize relationships with top-tier global affiliate partners (creators, key opinion leaders, bloggers) to drive wallet sales and app installs
• ▹Conduct targeted cold outreach and scale the affiliate network by onboarding partners aligned with Ledger's self-custody vision
• ▹Coordinate end-to-end creation and delivery of dedicated marketing assets (custom landing pages, banners, CRM integration) with internal Creative, CRM, Tech, and Project Management teams
• ▹Partner with internal experts to organize co-branded events, webinars, and partner education programs
• ▹Closely monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics; deliver structured ROI reports to management
• ▹Track market trends and identify new regional or demographic target audiences for strategic affiliate partnerships

Requirements

• ▹At least 4+ years of experience in sales, partner acquisition, or account management
• ▹Proven track record navigating corporate environments, aligning multiple departments, and working with cross-functional stakeholders
• ▹Strong project management skills, acting as a bridge between partners and internal technical/creative teams
• ▹Native or fluent English speaker (essential given the fully global affiliate scope)
• ▹Resilience and prioritization: managing stress and multitasking during intensive periods (e.g. Q4)
• ▹Deep intellectual curiosity about Web3/crypto (direct technical experience not required)
• ▹Available to start mid-August 2026 for a smooth handoff before maternity leave begins
