Responsibilities

• ▹Design and ship reliable, intuitive, production-grade AI agents for mission-critical, revenue-driving use cases
• ▹Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), from pilot through continuous iteration
• ▹Partner with large banks, neobanks and startups to set AI strategy and build scalable tools
• ▹Shape the platform's future based on customer feedback and unmet needs
• ▹Example projects: agents that reduce telecom/media subscription churn, complex troubleshooting and product recommendation interactions, industry-specific agent frameworks, integrating voice models at enterprise scale

Requirements

• ▹Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• ▹Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• ▹A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency
• ▹Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs
• ▹Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Genuine interest in financial services

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in financial technology, financial institution implementations, or familiarity with compliance requirements (fair lending, PII handling)
• ▹Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• ▹Founder or founding engineer experience
• ▹Familiarity with AI agent tooling: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering
• ▹Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
• ▹Prior customer-facing or technical project leadership roles
