Director, GTM Engineering & Systems

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the long-term vision and roadmap for Ashby's GTM tech stack
• ▹Own and manage the core revenue technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
• ▹Ensure data quality and consistency, designing scalable data architecture across systems
• ▹Lead and mentor a lean, high-impact team of systems experts
• ▹Act as the bridge between RevOps and Finance, Data/Analytics, and Engineering
• ▹Identify technical debt and streamline workflows (lead routing, onboarding, renewals) through automation

Requirements

• ▹Systems-level thinking: seeing the whole ecosystem, not just individual tools
• ▹Experience at a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally in the $100M-$300M ARR range
• ▹A hands-on leadership style, comfortable both architecting and administering systems
• ▹Strong ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects
• ▹Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business outcomes

Nice to have

• ▹General familiarity with a fast-growing SaaS company's GTM tech stack (e.g. CRM, sales engagement, data visualization tools)
• ▹Experience integrating multiple systems and designing data flows
