Director of Engineering, GRC Program Orchestration

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead multiple teams to deliver consistently and sustainably with a high bar for execution and quality
• ▹Independently identify and execute strategies delivering significant customer and business value
• ▹Guide technical strategy, ensuring long-term value aligned with business priorities
• ▹Partner closely with Design, Product and GTM to build best-in-class products
• ▹Build a best-in-class engineering team through coaching and mentoring
• ▹Help shape Vanta's engineering culture and strategy
• ▹Be responsible for protecting Vanta and customer data in how the team operates

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of engineering leadership experience on complex products in high-growth environments
• ▹Passion for coaching, mentoring and building an inspired team
• ▹Business acumen paired with driving results through product innovation
• ▹Strong decision-making balancing ambiguity, data, speed and quality
• ▹Effective communicator able to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
• ▹Ability to operate at both strategic and execution altitude
• ▹Openness to responsibly applying AI tools to improve efficiency and impact
