Software Engineer, Stablecoin

Responsibilities

• ▹Help build and scale Ramp's stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure
• ▹Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product flows
• ▹Solve Ramp's toughest fintech challenges with new technologies
• ▹Collaborate with engineers across Ramp to integrate stablecoin capabilities into core products

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 4+ years of experience shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems preferred
• ▹Proven experience with stablecoin technologies, blockchain-based payment rails, and/or wallet infrastructure
• ▹Strong production experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or equivalent)
• ▹Deep proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional programming language (Python, Go, Java, or similar)
• ▹Experience working on security-sensitive systems, with interest in key management, wallet security, or secure transaction flows
• ▹Experience building or operating payments, money movement, treasury, stablecoin, or crypto infrastructure in production

Nice to have

• ▹Intuition for on-chain UX and settlement mechanics, including wallet-based transaction signing and chain-level tradeoffs
• ▹Direct experience building on-chain wallets or integrating crypto onramp/offramp APIs
• ▹Experience integrating with external financial service providers and APIs at scale
• ▹Familiarity with cross-border settlement, FX, or treasury management systems
• ▹Background in highly regulated fintech environments
