Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the sales process
• ▹Work directly with customer and prospect technical contacts, providing bespoke support and solution architecture
• ▹Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
• ▹Create technical enablement resources that boost the sales team's effectiveness
• ▹Build self-service tools and documentation that let customers implement solutions independently
• ▹Identify integration patterns worth productizing and work with product teams to build them

Requirements

• ▹Passion for AI, technology and ElevenLabs' products
• ▹Enjoys working directly with customers and iterating on solutions
• ▹Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
• ▹Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams
• ▹Strong technical background for architecting integrations
• ▹Customer-facing experience (student clubs or side projects are fine)
• ▹Proficiency in Python with deep software development and architecture knowledge
• ▹Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
• ▹Fluent in German to effectively communicate with key partners and stakeholders
