Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Leaning)

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain the front-ends for the platform and products, built on cutting-edge voice models used by millions
• ▹Ship end-to-end features across the front and back end with high ownership, helping set the direction of the features and products
• ▹Collaborate closely with Engineering, Growth and Sales teams to understand and design solutions for customer and internal workflows
• ▹Improve existing products through sweeping UX changes, significant new functionality or integrations
• ▹Design and develop clean, intuitive and functional user interfaces used by millions of users and large enterprises
• ▹Work directly with internal teams and customers to synthesize feedback into improvements and features

Requirements

• ▹No formal experience, certifications or degrees required, but must show impressive past projects, designs or GitHub contributions
• ▹Experience with web development using TypeScript/React
• ▹Familiarity with software and system design patterns and infrastructure (APIs, cloud tools, storage solutions, data structures)
• ▹Interest in UI/UX design
