Responsibilities

• ▹Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research and beyond
• ▹Partner closely with hiring managers to understand problems and continuously raise the hiring bar
• ▹Design and execute thoughtful search strategies, from market mapping to interview design and closing
• ▹Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality
• ▹Act as a trusted advisor guiding candidates through a rigorous process
• ▹Serve as an ambassador for ElevenLabs in every candidate interaction
• ▹Continuously improve how the company hires by iterating on process, tooling and data

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets (~3+ years, impact matters more than years)
• ▹Full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management and closing
• ▹Ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts, staying structured and adaptable
• ▹Skilled at translating technical and business needs into hiring strategies and candidate narratives
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication, building trust with technical candidates and senior stakeholders
• ▹Comfortable in fast-paced, remote-first environments across global time zones

Nice to have

• ▹Experience hiring for research, infrastructure, systems or other deeply technical roles
• ▹Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions
• ▹Background in high-growth startups or similarly fast-moving environments
• ▹A builder's mindset: experimenting, learning quickly, refining recruiting playbooks
