Citrix System Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Perform data center operations
• ▹Handle software deployment
• ▹Manage request/incident/change/problem tickets
• ▹Drive continuous service improvements
• ▹Implement and maintain solutions

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience with Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Netscaler, Citrix DaaS, Citrix XenApp, Microsoft Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, and scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
• ▹Experience implementing IT solutions
• ▹Hands-on mentality, organized in planning implementation steps and aligning with all relevant stakeholders
• ▹Participation in on-call duty
• ▹English Upper Intermediate (B2), German Upper Intermediate (B2)

Nice to have

• ▹VMware vSphere is a nice to have
