Responsibilities

• ▹Lead all technical aspects of the pre-sales process: designing compelling product demos and executing pilots
• ▹Work closely with engineering organizations to identify and delegate the right use cases to Devin
• ▹Design and deliver ongoing training programs and enablement resources to help customers roll out Devin to thousands of engineers
• ▹Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation
• ▹Build deep relationships with customers' engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption
• ▹Listen to customer feedback and have a bias toward implementing requested features
• ▹Exercise product instincts to help set the roadmap

Requirements

• ▹Degree in a STEM field
• ▹Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in previous GTM or forward deployed engineering roles
• ▹Natural relationship-builder and excellent communicator, comfortable discussing complex technical topics at all levels
• ▹Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
• ▹Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn

• ▹Experience selling highly technical products
• ▹Previous experience as a software engineer
• ▹Startup founding experience
• ▹A competitive, highly ambitious personality who loves high-intensity environments
• ▹Ability to context switch quickly and handle a broad range of technical and non-technical problems
