Responsibilities

• ▹Implement and manage software and services that enhance productivity for engineering and GTM teams
• ▹Provide timely resolution to internal IT issues, including device troubleshooting and conferencing systems
• ▹Develop and implement automated workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
• ▹Manage Okta instances, MDM software, and SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
• ▹Order, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and other hardware for employees across all offices
• ▹Implement and maintain end-user security best practices across all IT systems
• ▹Create clear documentation and manage IT assets and licenses

Requirements

• ▹3+ years in a technical IT support role
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• ▹Experience with Okta administration and Okta Workflows automation
• ▹Proficiency in Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar MDM solutions
• ▹Experience administering collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
• ▹Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration
• ▹Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• ▹Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• ▹Experience supporting both local and remote staff

Nice to have

• ▹Okta Certified Professional or Administrator certification
• ▹Experience with office network troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki wifi, cabling)
• ▹Python programming or scripting skills, experience with API integrations
