Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build identity and access management — configure SSO, automate joiner/mover/leaver workflows, run access reviews
• ▹Manage the endpoint fleet — migrate and expand MDM systems to simplify onboarding, offboarding, and vulnerability management
• ▹Administer the SaaS estate — configure, harden, and manage Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools
• ▹Keep the office tech stack solid — wired, wireless, zero-trust VPN networks, A/V and videoconferencing reliability
• ▹Scale IT support — write runbooks and knowledge articles for AI-powered self-service
• ▹Wire automation and AI into how the team works to remove toil

Requirements

• ▹7–9 years of progressive IT engineering experience, including time at a high-growth company
• ▹Demonstrated breadth across the IT stack — identity, endpoint, SaaS administration, networking, office IT
• ▹Ability to work independently and on a team
• ▹Strong written communication translating complex technical concepts for varied audiences
• ▹Learning agility — quickly picking up new platforms and technologies

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with a modern IdP (e.g., Okta, Google IAM) and SCIM-based provisioning
• ▹Experience with IGA tooling (e.g., Lumos, SailPoint, Saviynt) and joiner/mover/leaver automation
• ▹Modern MDM experience (e.g., Jamf, Jumpcloud, Intune)
• ▹Networking and A/V engineering experience in a multi-office environment
• ▹Experience partnering with EDR/MDR providers (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Expel, Arctic Wolf)
• ▹Experience as the first or early IT engineering hire at a growing company
• ▹Comfort with at least one scripting language (Python, TypeScript, or Bash) and config-as-code approaches
