Quality Architect – Load & Performance Testing

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead test management tasks, professionally guiding the entire test process from requirements gathering to reporting
• ▹Requirements analysis together with developers, operations staff and other stakeholders
• ▹Plan test strategies, define and track test steps
• ▹Provide professional support to test engineers in preparing and executing load and performance tests
• ▹Evaluate results, prepare reports and give feedback to all project participants
• ▹Work closely with the project manager, developers, test engineers and stakeholders
• ▹Understand the technical fundamentals of network and system architectures to design appropriate test concepts

Requirements

• ▹Senior-level professional experience in testing or quality assurance
• ▹German or English at B2 level (working language is German, minimum B2, English is an advantage)
• ▹Experience in test management, particularly in planning performance and load tests
• ▹Basic technical knowledge of network, system and cloud architectures
• ▹Ability to work in a team and communicate actively at all project levels
• ▹Experience in or interest in test automation or load testing
• ▹Scripting language knowledge, e.g. Groovy, Python, Bash

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and agile methodologies
• ▹Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Azure, Docker or Kubernetes
• ▹Experience building test infrastructure and analyzing performance metrics
