AI Deployment Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Managing a book of business with top enterprise customers, owning the long-term success of each account
• ▹Engaging CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change
• ▹Leading enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, scaled adoption
• ▹Turning high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams
• ▹Monitoring account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with Account Executives
• ▹Representing the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities

Requirements

• ▹Experience at the intersection of business and technology, thriving in customer-facing roles
• ▹Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes
• ▹Understanding of modern engineering orgs, the SDLC, developer workflows and tool adoption
• ▹Comfortable communicating with both developers and senior executives
• ▹Analytical and operational mindset, using data to prioritize and drive action

Nice to have

• ▹Already a Cursor user (or power user of modern AI coding tools) with strong opinions about what great looks like
