Technical Services Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Designing, developing and maintaining scalable technical solutions across the ecosystem, including integrations and automations built on Workato, internal tools, reporting solutions, web applications, plugins and BigCommerce integration enhancements
• ▹Performing tests (providing proof of results) and participating in peer code reviews to keep the codebase "hero-grade"
• ▹Writing clear Setup Guides and Deployment Methodologies to empower Implementation Specialists and clients
• ▹Participating in daily stand-ups and providing workload estimates to help Tech Consultants manage client expectations
• ▹Acting as a "TS Hero" on a rotating basis to support and enhance live solutions

Requirements

• ▹Experience with front-end plugin development, integrations and customizations
• ▹Ability to bridge complex business requirements and technical excellence
• ▹Rigorous testing and documentation practice
