Responsibilities

• ▹Deliver an exceptional customer experience through technical expertise, use-case scoping, and implementation support for video AI applications
• ▹Own technical relationships with strategic customers, ensuring successful integrations and resolving complex technical challenges
• ▹Guide customers on best practices for leveraging TwelveLabs APIs
• ▹Serve as the first line of defense for design, security, compliance, and architecture questions
• ▹Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs
• ▹Gather customer feedback and represent the voice of developers to internal teams

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Engineer)
• ▹Strong understanding of LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and video workflows
• ▹Experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch
• ▹Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
• ▹Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment
