Accounts Payable Senior Vendor Master Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Process Vendor Master Data requests in a timely and accurate manner, following policies, procedures and SLAs
• ▹Manage relationships with internal business partners to ensure data requests are complete and compliant with standards
• ▹Use analytical tools to identify, research and correct/update data discrepancies, duplicates and stale records; assist with duplicate identification and data cleansing during master data integrations
• ▹Assist in developing forms, procedures and work instructions; identify data quality or process improvement opportunities
• ▹Build rapport with internal customers and other teams
• ▹Ensure quality customer service levels are maintained internally and externally
• ▹Mentor and train new team members
• ▹Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• ▹University or college degree
• ▹Strong prior experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services, preferably in an Accounts Payable function (1-3 years of relevant experience)
• ▹Ability to process large volumes of information efficiently
• ▹Ability to meet deadlines
• ▹Excel knowledge
• ▹Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• ▹Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Professional and customer-focused, with attention to detail
• ▹Experience in high-volume, multi-entity, multi-currency processing
• ▹Understanding and appreciation of audit, SOX requirements and VAT rules
• ▹Good understanding of EMEA VAT requirements
• ▹Some experience supporting and guiding teams
• ▹Fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with SAP, E1, Oracle or Navision
