Senior Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Take E2E ownership of one or more business services (e.g. Fortinet, SD-WAN, Meraki)
• ▹Own and maintain the managed-service concept documentation
• ▹Analyze and evaluate customer requirements for feasibility, effort and security
• ▹Develop standards and requirements for continuous service management improvement
• ▹Initiate and lead task forces as part of problem management
• ▹Develop and implement proposals to improve service quality

Requirements

• ▹Completed technical degree (telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science) with 5+ years of experience
• ▹Several years of technical expertise in the IT and telecommunications sector
• ▹Experience managing external resources (vendors, partners)
• ▹Open, clear communication at all management levels
• ▹Strong customer and service orientation
• ▹Certifications (ITIL, Cisco, firewalls, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.)
• ▹Willingness to take on on-call duty
• ▹Very good English skills (C1)
