Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex Data Engineering and AI projects from requirements analysis to implementation
• ▹Coordinate technical teams and mentor Data Engineers and AI specialists
• ▹Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements analyses
• ▹Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans and project structures
• ▹Organize projects and documentation in Notion as the central knowledge management tool
• ▹Ensure high delivery standards through clear processes and reviews

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience leading software projects
• ▹Proven track record in requirements analysis, project planning, and team coordination
• ▹Experience with digital project management and documentation tools (ideally Notion)
• ▹Strong communication and facilitation skills at all levels
• ▹Structured, proactive working style with attention to detail and the big picture
