IT Project Manager – Bad Vilbel (Hybrid: Remote & On-site)

Responsibilities

• ▹Independently plan and execute higher-complexity projects
• ▹Full responsibility for planning and leadership tasks, from initiation to completion
• ▹Prepare project outlines and proposals, including cost-benefit analysis and effort estimation
• ▹Collaborate with project portfolio management to support decision-making
• ▹Lead the project team: select members and ensure results and motivation
• ▹Ensure timely, correct and complete delivery of results and manage change processes

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in computer science
• ▹At least 6 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• ▹Project experience, including at least 5 years of project leadership
• ▹Good English skills
• ▹Resilience and assertiveness
• ▹Strong structuring and communication skills, independent work style
