Responsibilities

• ▹Structure, methodologically steer and lead all project activities within the DBCP/CSM program
• ▹Lead deadline, milestone, risk and quality management with decision and escalation authority
• ▹Steer cross-project committees and prepare decision papers for top management
• ▹Create and maintain project documentation, status reports and risk management
• ▹Support budget and resource management and ensure transparent information flow
• ▹Maintain the central product and demand backlog, prepare reports for top management

Requirements

• ▹Degree in informatics, business informatics, business communication or business administration with an IT/communication focus, or comparable training
• ▹Several years of experience in PMO, project assistance or (partial) project management, ideally in digital IT projects
• ▹Solid knowledge of classic and agile project management methods
• ▹Confident use of MS Office, Jira, Confluence and Miro
• ▹Very good English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in demand and requirements management and validating software solutions via pilot users
