Working Student – IT Process Digitalization

Responsibilities

• ▹Support the further development of process digitalization and automation solutions
• ▹Work independently on process analysis, process modeling (BPMN), workflow optimization and documenting business processes
• ▹Identify and evaluate automation and digitalization opportunities across business departments
• ▹Prepare data, KPIs and process information, and support analyses
• ▹Support administrative tasks around BPM and low-code platforms
• ▹Create documentation, training materials and presentations, support workshops

Requirements

• ▹Enrolled student in (business) informatics, economics, IT-focused business studies, industrial engineering or comparable, with at least 2 semesters remaining
• ▹Interest in process digitalization, BPM, automation, low-code platforms and AI
• ▹Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• ▹Good German and English
• ▹Structured, independent and reliable work style, initiative, team orientation

Nice to have

• ▹First touchpoints with process modeling (e.g. BPMN), workflow systems or data analysis
• ▹Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power Platform, Bizagi or UiPath
