Responsibilities

• ▹Technical support (remote and on-site) for external clients
• ▹Setup and maintenance of Microsoft environments (Server, Terminal Services, Exchange, Office 365)
• ▹Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
• ▹Manage firewalls, SQL databases, network components, and software solutions
• ▹Contribute to client consulting and presales
• ▹Support project planning and implementation of cloud and VoIP systems
• ▹Ticket documentation and SLA compliance

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT vocational training plus roughly 2 years of practical experience
• ▹Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments (Server, Exchange, Terminal Services, SQL), Active Directory, Office 365
• ▹Virtualization: Hyper-V and/or VMware
• ▹Firewalls and general IT networking knowledge
• ▹Class B driver's license
• ▹Fluent German (C1), basic English
• ▹Residence within 40 km of Boostedt
