Senior Sales Manager – IT Healthcare

Senior Sales Manager role at a nationwide Healthcare-IT corporate group, responsible for developing existing client relationships and acquiring new customers within a regional sales team.

Stack

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and grow existing accounts and build new client relationships in the healthcare and industrial sectors
  • Drive the full sales process from needs assessment through solution consulting and proposals to contract closing
  • Analyze customer requirements, budgets and decision paths, developing tailored IT solutions together with internal departments
  • Present solution concepts at decision-maker level and lead contract and price negotiations
  • Represent the company at workshops, industry events and trade fairs
  • Build and maintain a resilient pipeline in CRM (e.g. Salesforce) with forecasting, KPI tracking and regular reporting

Requirements

  • Completed business or technical degree or comparable training with relevant experience
  • Several years of proven, successful experience in IT sales or account management
  • Demonstrated strength in growing mid-to-large accounts and structured new business acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident presence across hierarchy levels
  • Very good written and spoken German, confident use of CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and Office 365
