Senior IT Specialist – Security

Responsibilities

• ▹Take ownership of further developing the ISMS, independently driving concept and implementation
• ▹Act as central point of contact for IT security risks, evaluating software, hardware and systems especially in OT
• ▹Lead demanding projects, responsible for all facets of IT security from planning to implementation
• ▹Develop and conduct training and awareness programs to strengthen internal know-how
• ▹Work closely with external service providers and vendors, responsible for their selection, evaluation and ongoing monitoring

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in computer science, information security or comparable training
• ▹Several years (at least 3) of IT security experience with proven success implementing and developing security solutions
• ▹Comprehensive experience with EDR, NDR, firewall and network security, system hardening, virus scanning, monitoring and alerting
• ▹Deep understanding of relevant information security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls)
• ▹Experience evaluating and managing IT security risks in industrial environments (OT, IoT, SCADA)

Nice to have

• ▹Information security certifications, e.g. CISSP, CISM or CISA
• ▹Additional language skills
