CNC/CAM Programmer

Responsibilities

• ▹Create CAM programs for complex aluminum and precision parts using Cimatron
• ▹Develop and optimize machining processes, build new production workflows
• ▹Define machining strategies, create work, setup, and tooling plans
• ▹Oversee fully automated CNC machining centers in series production
• ▹Introduce and supervise robotics and automation solutions
• ▹Provide deputy technical leadership for the CNC manufacturing team

Requirements

• ▹Completed training as a machining, tool, or precision mechanic with further qualification as technician or master craftsman, or comparable
• ▹Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing and CAM programming
• ▹Very good knowledge of CNC controls, ideally Sinumerik 840D
• ▹Experience with CAM software, ideally Cimatron
