A senior CRM role at HelloFresh focused on re-engaging cancelled customers globally and driving reactivation results that contribute to Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). As Senior Audience Manager for Reactivations, the role designs data-driven customer journeys that nurture and rebuild relationships with the cancelled base, and takes part in developing the overarching reactivation strategy. It involves close collaboration with Creative, Marketing Analytics, CRM Operations, Pricing & Discounts and Brand to build industry-leading segmented campaigns.

Responsibilities
- ▹Own end-to-end customer journeys to re-establish relationships with cancelled customers using personalized, data-driven approaches
- ▹Develop detailed communication strategies per segment, including channel definition, message timing and creative direction across Email, Push, SMS, Direct Mail and Call Centre Outbound
- ▹Own a defined set of markets and be accountable for Business Plan targets across Conversion, spend and CVA
- ▹Track and optimize KPIs including Click-Through Rates, Conversion Rates and overall profitability
- ▹Design and execute A/B testing strategies to refine messaging, timing and offers
- ▹Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, CRM Operations and local teams
- ▹Partner with the Creative team to ensure communication touchpoints deliver product value
- ▹Explore automations, Machine Learning and AI applications to improve efficiency and personalization
Requirements
- ▹5+ years in a marketing role focused on CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer journey design or audience segmentation, preferably in subscription business models
- ▹Strategic and commercial thinking with the ability to own business targets across markets
- ▹Deep understanding of CRM performance metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI) and experimentation
- ▹Track record of A/B testing, segmentation and continuous optimization
- ▹Proven success collaborating with creative, analytics, operations and brand teams
- ▹Ability to translate strategy into clear recommendations for any level of stakeholder
- ▹A sharp eye for compelling visuals and copy
- ▹Openness to leveraging automations, Machine Learning and AI
