IT Consultant – Processes

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze existing processes and capture new requirements together with business units
• ▹Identify interfaces and modeling needs
• ▹Develop new target processes for the 4th-generation data center (DC4)
• ▹Advise on building and maintaining structured process documentation and process maps
• ▹Present analysis results and derive concrete recommendations
• ▹Support process modeling (e.g. in ARIS) in close cooperation with technical and organizational stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Technical training with strong solution orientation and a feel for customer needs
• ▹Agile mindset, high quality awareness, team-oriented way of working
• ▹Strong communication skills in German and English
• ▹Connected thinking to recognize process relationships, advanced skills in process analysis and representation
• ▹Solid ITIL framework knowledge and experience with process modeling tools (ARIS, MS Visio, BPMN)
• ▹Confident use of MS Office

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of agile scaling approaches (SoS, LeSS, SAFe)
• ▹Enthusiasm and familiarity with data center standards
