Corporate IT Intern/Apprentice

Ankorstore, a company building the infrastructure that powers modern wholesale for independent brands and retailers, is offering a Corporate IT internship/apprenticeship in Paris. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will provide L1/L2 technical support, contribute to Identity & Access Management (IAM/SSO), manage endpoints through MDM solutions and automate recurring IT processes. The goal is to improve the reliability, security and efficiency of the corporate IT infrastructure at an international scale.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support to users on macOS and Windows, diagnose and resolve incidents (peripherals, network, SaaS apps) and manage tickets in Jira Service Management within SLAs
  • Administer user access rights, configure MFA, manage security groups in Azure AD / Entra ID, troubleshoot SSO issues (SAML, OIDC) and contribute to SCIM provisioning
  • Prepare and execute onboarding/offboarding checklists, create and configure user accounts, provision workstations and manage the employee access lifecycle
  • Administer Intune (Windows) and Mosyle (macOS), manage device enrollment, ensure endpoint compliance and collaborate with the security team on EDR tools such as CrowdStrike
  • Develop PowerShell, Bash and/or Python scripts, build automation workflows via Okta Workflows or Power Automate, document processes and contribute to the IT knowledge base

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bac+2/Bac+3 degree (BTS SIO - SISR or SLAM track, BUT Computer Science, or equivalent); for apprenticeship, pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in systems & networks, cybersecurity, IT administration, computer science, networks & telecom, information systems security, or an engineering school with a systems/networks/IAM specialisation
  • Able to provide an internship or apprenticeship agreement
  • Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • Knowledge of ITSM practices and ticket management (Jira Service Management)
  • Professional English for regular exchanges with international teams
