IT Support & System Administrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Support and administer Windows servers and Microsoft client systems
• ▹Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users, workstations, and departments
• ▹Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• ▹Assist with backup topics and IT infrastructure operations
• ▹Support multiple company locations across the region
• ▹Create and maintain IT and process documentation
• ▹Contribute to IT projects such as hardware rollouts or new software rollouts

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT training (e.g., IT systems integration specialist), a degree, or comparable practical experience
• ▹Initial experience in IT support, system administration, or technical user support
• ▹Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows Server and client operating systems
• ▹Basic understanding of backup solutions, networking, and virtualization
• ▹Class B driver's license and willingness to occasionally support other regional sites on-site

Nice to have

• ▹Initial exposure to ERP, inventory management, or BI systems
