100% Remote Technical Implementation Manager (Hotel PMS / CRS Integration Specialist)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical onboarding and activation of new hotel clients
• ▹Configure, test, and validate integrations with PMS, CRS, and Channel Manager systems
• ▹Translate hotel requirements into technical specifications and test scenarios
• ▹Read API documentation and test endpoints using Postman
• ▹Translate integration findings into clear GitLab tickets for the engineering team
• ▹Investigate and resolve integration issues (sync errors, missing reservation data, incorrect folio postings)
• ▹Support hotel IT and operations teams through setup steps (API authentication, DNS/CNAME configuration)

Requirements

• ▹Previous experience with hotel systems (PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, or similar)
• ▹Ability to read and interpret API documentation, testing with Postman
• ▹Technical comfort without coding (JSON/XML, basic API concepts, troubleshooting)
• ▹Strong communication skills with both hotel operational and technical stakeholders
• ▹Problem-solving mindset
• ▹Fluent English; no German required

Nice to have

• ▹Experience using Postman for API testing
• ▹Basic understanding of DNS/CNAME configuration
• ▹Experience with PMS vendors (Mews, Opera, Cloudbeds, Protel, SiteMinder, D-EDGE, SynXis, Apaleo)
• ▹Previous experience in hotel tech (PMS, Channel Manager, CRS, IBE vendors)
