Information and IT Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Help build and continuously develop an ISMS for the corporate group
• ▹Establish and implement best practices and standard processes in IT security and information security
• ▹Develop and implement security strategies and policies
• ▹Coordinate and manage information-security risks
• ▹Analyze root causes and derive appropriate measures together with internal specialist teams and the external CSOC
• ▹Support internal and external audits (e.g. customer and financial audits) with specialist input
• ▹Plan and conduct information-security measures such as awareness training and phishing campaigns
• ▹Implement relevant security standards per ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz
• ▹Create and update information-security documentation

Requirements

• ▹Completed vocational training or degree in IT, or many years of professional experience in an equivalent role
• ▹Professional experience in IT security/InfoSec
• ▹Openness to international collaboration
• ▹Business-fluent (min. B2-C1) German and good English
• ▹Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and teamwork

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft, PaloAlto and Cisco security solutions
