Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the rollout of Vertec business software at service companies
• ▹Guide customers in implementing efficient business processes
• ▹Analyze existing customer business processes and advise on the best solution
• ▹Perform individual technical configurations, develop scripts and automations
• ▹Create Microsoft Office templates and customize user interfaces
• ▹Run trainings and relay recurring requirements to product management

Requirements

• ▹Good knowledge of Python
• ▹Interest in and understanding of business processes
• ▹Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 30%, typically day trips)
• ▹Entrepreneurial mindset
• ▹Confident presence and strong communication skills
• ▹German language skills at C1/C2 level

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and SQL
• ▹Experience implementing or customizing ERP/CRM software
