AI Software Engineer - Python

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and operate AI/LLM services for internal and potentially customer-facing applications using standard software engineering best practices
• ▹Design and implement suitable architectures to deploy and scale AI-powered solutions on AWS
• ▹Extend the Terraform infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Develop and implement testing and monitoring components to ensure the accuracy, reliability and performance of AI-integrated systems
• ▹Work with modern agent-based workflow orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) to build intelligent workflows
• ▹Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully integrate AI-driven features into the product
• ▹Actively track current developments and trends in AI integration, cloud architecture and scalable backend systems

Requirements

• ▹Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable field
• ▹Several years of professional software development experience with Python
• ▹Generalist mindset with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and move flexibly between infrastructure and backend engineering
• ▹Experience with Docker, building CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
• ▹Confident handling of cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• ▹Very good German and English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of modern agent-based workflow orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph)
