Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement frontend and backend components for agent-management and agent-compensation applications
• ▹Work across the full DevSecOps lifecycle, from analysis, design and implementation to testing and deployment
• ▹Integrate and further develop interfaces and services via REST APIs
• ▹Use and further develop PostgreSQL databases
• ▹Ensure code quality, testability and maintainability through automated tests and code reviews
• ▹Analyze and modernize existing systems, including legacy components
• ▹Take architecture, security and regulatory requirements (VAIT, DORA) into account
• ▹Work closely with business departments, product owners and development teams

Requirements

• ▹Degree or vocational training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• ▹Several years of software development experience
• ▹Solid Java knowledge, especially with Spring Boot and Spring Batch
• ▹Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• ▹Solid Angular knowledge with experience on current versions
• ▹Confident with Git and modern development processes
• ▹German at C2 level and good English
• ▹Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex business processes
